Ludlow English Song Weekend 8th-10th April

The Ludlow English Song Weekend begins today in one of the country’s most picturesque market towns. The festival’s Artistic Director, Iain Burnside is one of City Music Foundation’s patrons, and he joins several established stars of the song world in recital, such as Benjamin Appl and Nicky Spence.  

We’re delighted to see two CMF Alumni performing – viola player Rosalind Ventris and flautist Emma Halnan.  

The weekend also features panel talks, choral concerts and young artist masterclasses, making for an extremely packed three days of musical activity.
