Kansas Smitty’s has become a name synonymous with good music, good drinks and real people. On May 21st, Kansas Smitty’s Bar opens its doors in an intimate basement club on Broadway Market.
You’ll hear the sounds of New York, New Orleans, Paris, and Havana in their sour mash of jazz genres. Smitty’s musicians, including Pedro Segundo and Giacomo Smith, are young and hungry virtuosos whose musical flights are more like athletic miracles than practice room exercises. Jazz with grit.
