CMF Artists signed to Rayfield Allied and Askonas Holt

City Music Foundation is delighted to learn that two Artists, Lotte Betts-Dean and Samson Tsoy have been signed to be represented by two prestigious artist management agencies.

Samson Tsoy and his duo partner Pavel Kolesnikov have signed to Askonas Holt for worldwide representation as a duo and as solo artists. Pavel will be managed by Antonio Orlando, while Samson and the Duo will be represented by Kate Sweeney.
