Siân Dicker wins Emmy Destinn Czech Song Prize

City Music Foundation is delighted to learn that Siân Dicker has won the prestigious Emmy Destinn Czech Song Prize at the 2023 Emmy Destinn Young Singers Awards 2023.

Siân is the second CMF Artist in recent years to win the award – soprano Caroline Taylor walked away with the prize in 2021.

‘Oozing characterful expression’ with ‘ample tones, gorgeously rich in the middle’ (Opera Today), spinto soprano Siân Dicker is in demand for her rich, full-bodied voice and dramatic flair. Known for her expressive characterisation and genuine connection with audiences, Siân performs regularly on both the recital and opera stage.
