Ali Wright has reviewed CMF Artists Laura Lolita Perešivana’s performance in Opera Holland Park’s production of Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel. Wright noted that Laura and fellow cast mate Charlotte Badham “do a lovely job [as the children], innocent yet smart, fearful yet hopeful, full of convincing childish playfulness.”

Latvian soprano Laura Lolita Perešivana started her operatic journey when she was only eighteen years old covering Lauretta (Gianni Schicchi) at the Latvian National Opera House. Laura has joined the famed National Opera Studio in London for the 2021/22 season, received the Musicians’ Company Award as one of their Young Artists and was selected as a 2021 City Music Foundation Artist.
