A4 Brass Quartet will take part in the Osaka International Chamber Music Competition 2023

A4 Brass Quartet have been announced as competitors in this year’s Osaka International Chamber Music Competition, in the Festa category.

Osaka International Chamber Music Competition & Festa has been held every three years since 1993 to honor talented young musicians who devote themselves to chamber music and to promote chamber music in Japan. This year marks its 30th year. Today, it is regarded as one of the world’s seven major Chamber Music Competitions and has become a goal for young musicians worldwide.

On Twitter, the ensemble wrote: “We are delighted to announce we are 1 of only 12 chamber ensembles worldwide to have been selected to go and compete live in the Festa category at the @JCMFosaka in May! 🇯🇵”
